The Level 3 Award in Hostile Environment Awareness Techniques [HEAT] provides the awareness levels that must be achieved by individuals who are working in a hostile environment.

How is the qualification assessed?

The Program theory is online with a 1-day role-play exercise in our purpose-built environments at our Swansea, South Wales, training centre.

What next?

Learners who have achieved the Level 3 Award in Hostile Environment Awareness Techniques can progress on to the

Level 4 Award in Hostile Environment Assertiveness Tactics.
