Agreement
I understand this ticket admits one person to Holidays at LaTerré Patieaux on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM in Midlothian, Texas. Admission covers entry only. Activities, food, and vendor purchases may cost extra. All sales are final and non-refundable. The event date will only change if severe weather, a government order, or a safety emergency makes it unsafe to hold the event that day. In that case, my ticket is valid for the new date. If The Patieaux Chick cancels the event and does not set a new date, my ticket price will be refunded, and that refund is the full amount I’m owed. Tickets can’t be resold. I’ll follow event rules and staff directions, and I can be removed without a refund if I don’t. Children under 18 must stay with a parent or guardian at all times, and I’m responsible for any child I bring. The event is outdoors on open land and may include uneven ground, weather, activities, crowds, and animals, and I attend at my own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, I RELEASE THE PATIEAUX CHICK, ITS OWNERS, TEAM, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS, AND THE OWNERS OF THE EVENT PROPERTY FROM ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE. I agree that The Patieaux Chick may photograph, film, and record me and any child with me, and may use, edit, and publish those images, video, and audio in any media now known or later created, including the website, social media, email, The Patieaux Magazine, and future promotion, with no payment to me and no right to review or approve. I authorize this charge and agree to contact The Patieaux Chick before disputing it with my bank. Checking this box is my electronic signature. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
