This Contract is between Davis Williams Education, LLC d/b/a Kulima Montessori (hereinafter the "School") and the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) (referred to as "Parent", which term includes the singular or plural) of registered Student. All persons signing the Contract are jointly and severally liable for the fees set forth herein. Parent's signature and/or initials on this Contract evidence Parent's understanding and agreement to the terms of this Contract, as follows:

Agreements: Registration guarantees access to 8 consecutive weeks of parent-infant instruction. Classes will be held on Saturdays and will alternate between in-person and virtual sessions. The specific schedule for each class will be determined collaboratively by the instructor and participants.

Payment of fees: Payment of the registration fees ($400) will reserve a position for both the parent and their child in the course. Parenting class registration may be canceled for a partial refund until March 16th. After this date, refunds will not be issued; however, rescheduling for a later date, if available, is permissible.

Photos and Images: The Parent agrees to allow the Student’s photograph, voice, and image to be used by the School for use in the School’s publications, promotion materials, social networks, and website, without compensation and without prior notice. Parent releases and holds the School harmless from any liability stemming from the use of the Student’s photograph, voice or image.
