How you fill this out is how we decide. That's not a threat, it's just the truth about how this works. We get more applications than we can record, and the ones that get a seat are the ones where somebody wrote something specific.

Specific means the date. The place. What the room smelled like. What somebody actually said to you. "It was the hardest time of my life" tells us nothing and gets skipped. "March 2019, the night my wife told me she was leaving and I was too drunk to argue" tells us everything and gets a follow up.

Be honest, including about the parts that don't make you look good. Especially those. This show has been lied to before by someone who wanted a platform more than he wanted the truth, and it cost us. We verify what people tell us now. A gap in your story has never disqualified anybody. Getting caught in a lie ends it immediately.

Take twenty minutes. Do it right. This is the only shot you get at it.
