Employees and contractors are classified into different levels based on their role, compensation structure, and job responsibilities. The specific classification of each individual will be outlined in their employment agreement.

Employees and contractors are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism. This includes representing Access Capital Today Inc. in a positive light, adhering to the Code of Ethics, and maintaining the confidentiality of client and company information.
Employees are expected to arrive on time for work and meetings. Consistent tardiness or absenteeism may result in disciplinary action.
Company resources, including technology, equipment, and office supplies, are to be used for work-related purposes. Personal use should be minimal and must not interfere with the company’s operations.
All employees and independent contractors must sign a confidentiality agreement. Any information about the company's clients, business strategies, or financials must be kept confidential and not shared with unauthorized parties.
Compensation will be based on the role and level of partnership. Employees may receive a salary or commission-based pay, depending on the role. Contractors may earn commissions or fees based on the specific services they provide.
Partnership Levels:
Level 1: $25,000 partnership, $40,000 return
Level 2: $50,000 partnership, $75,000 return
Level 3: $75,000 partnership, $110,000 return
Level 4: $100,000 partnership, $161,000 return
Eligible employees will receive benefits such as healthcare, paid time off (PTO), and access to retirement plans. Benefits will be outlined in the employment contract.
Employees will be paid on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on their agreement. Contractors will receive payment based on the agreed-upon commission structure or partnership terms.
Access Capital Today Inc. offers multiple partnership opportunities for individuals interested in building wealth through real estate and financial services. These programs provide structured plans for investment, financial growth, and passive income generation.
Each level of partnership involves specific responsibilities, including investing a set amount of capital and following the provided financial strategies to grow wealth over time.
New employees and partners will undergo an onboarding program to introduce them to the company’s services, policies, and ethical guidelines. This training will cover everything from company operations to client relationship management.
Employees and contractors are encouraged to pursue ongoing education and professional development. The company may offer resources, training programs, and workshops to help you advance in your career.
We are committed to ensuring a safe work environment. Employees are expected to follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or accidents immediately.
Workplace Safety Guidelines:
Follow all safety protocols in the office or remote working environment.
Report any health or safety issues promptly to management.
In cases of misconduct or violation of company policies, Access Capital Today Inc. follows a progressive disciplinary process:
Verbal Warning: For minor offenses.
Written Warning: If the behavior continues.
Final Written Warning: For repeated offenses or severe misconduct.
Termination: In cases of serious violations or continued misconduct.
Employees and contractors must use company-issued devices, software, and systems responsibly. Personal use should not interfere with business operations.
Employees and contractors must avoid posting or sharing confidential company information on social media. Public comments about the company should be positive and respectful.
