Job Description:

As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in client health status
Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning according to dietary needs
Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment
Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring adherence to care plans
Assisting clients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary
Engaging clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being
Observing and reporting any significant changes in clients’ conditions or behaviors
