You agree to follow copyright laws and licensing procedures for some TV Shows and Movies. If PTWWN Broadcasting is penalized, you are responsible for any payments or fees that may occur.

Ad Campaign- To qualify for the grant program, you must agree to take the Masterclass TV Broadcast Success Class and agree to run of our 30-60 second ads on your show each week.

You agree to run one of our ads that we provide you in your TV Show on our our live channel as well as your On Demand Video Channel. You will receive the ads within 30 days of signing this form.

What time of the day is the best time to call you for a Welcome Call. Welcome calls are usually within 7 days of signing up.

I authorize PTWWN Broadcasting to process my payments with my debit or credit card by phone or form. All payments are non-refundable, but we can provide the equivalent in other services of PTWWN TV.
