By checking this box, I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Wild Adventures Co. activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen hazards.

I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Wild Adventures Co., its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify Wild Adventures Co. for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from my actions during participation in its activities.

By checking this box, I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities and authorize Wild Adventures Co. to obtain medical treatment on my behalf in case of emergency.

By checking this box I grant Wild Adventures Co. permission to photograph, film, or record me during activities and to use such images or recordings for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation or further notice.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state/country in which the activity takes place.
