Terms and Conditions
I, the undersigned Representative, certify that I am an adult (18+) signing on behalf of myself and all listed Participants, including minors. We understand that activities at Goats of Glacier involve inherent risks, including unpredictable animal behavior (bites, scratches, kicks), slips or falls on uneven terrain, injuries from equipment or amusement rides, allergic reactions to animals or feed, zoonotic infections, and weather-related hazards. We voluntarily assume all risks of injury, disability, death, or property damage.
We agree to follow all Farm instructions, signs, and safety guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, we release and hold harmless Greatest of All Time, LLC from all liability for injury, disability, death, or property damage, even if caused by the Farm’s negligence, though this does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct. We indemnify the Farm against claims arising from our actions and accept responsibility for any damage we cause to Farm property, equipment, or animals.
We consent to emergency medical treatment if injured and accept all related costs. We allow the Farm to capture and use our photos or videos for marketing purposes and waive any right to approve or claim damages from such use. We agree not to consume alcohol or illegal substances during Farm activities and will follow all staff instructions during emergencies. If any part of this waiver is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. By signing, I acknowledge that I have the legal authority to sign for all listed participants, have read and understand this waiver, and voluntarily give up the right to sue.
