APPROVAL AND PAYMENT

All sponsorships and exhibitors are subject to approval by UpperRoom. Full payment is due immediately upon application approval. Sponsorships and booth spaces are not confirmed until payment is received. All sales are final.

ARTWORK DEADLINE

All approved logos, artwork, advertisements, links, and other promotional assets must be submitted in the required format no later than December 1, 2026. Late submissions may not be included in event materials.

BOOTH PACKAGE

Each booth includes one 6-foot table and two exhibitor credentials. Additional furnishings, equipment, signage, or services are not included unless purchased or approved separately.

EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS

Exhibitor credentials provide access to the booth area but do not include reserved or general seating inside the arena.

UTILITIES AND SERVICES

Electrical power is not included. One 20-amp electrical drop may be purchased for $75. Internet access and shipping are not included. Parking, freight handling, drayage, storage, and movement of sponsor materials are not included unless confirmed in writing.

SETUP AND TEARDOWN

Sponsor and exhibitor setup begins Monday, December 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All booths must be removed and teardown completed by 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2026.

APPROVALS

All messaging, materials, products, and activations require UpperRoom approval. Naming rights apply only to the identified experience, not EOY 2026 as a whole. Cash and in-kind contributions are identified and valued separately.
