Institutional Consent & Program Acknowledgment
By signing below, the School/Organization (“School”) confirms that an authorized representative has reviewed the scope of Nafees Innovations LLC (“Nafees Innovations”) workshops (on-site, travel, or virtual). The School understands the hands-on nature of bioprocessing activities and that Nafees Innovations will provide safety briefings, PPE as required, and age-appropriate procedures. The School acknowledges it has had the opportunity to ask questions and that participation is voluntary.

Safety & Supervision
Nafees Innovations will deliver a concise safety orientation and model aseptic practices. The School agrees to maintain appropriate student supervision and behavior management at all times, disclose relevant allergies/sensitivities or medical considerations in advance, and ensure no food/drink is consumed in lab areas. The School will provide any site-specific safety requirements (e.g., access, room constraints) prior to the session.

Medical Authorization
If a participant requires urgent care during a session, the School authorizes Nafees Innovations staff or designees to contact emergency services and follow School protocols while the School notifies the parent/guardian. The School/parent/guardian is responsible for any costs related to such medical care. Nafees Innovations, its staff, and representatives are released from liability related to good-faith emergency actions consistent with this authorization.

Intellectual Property & Recording (IP Protection)
All curricula, protocols, SOPs, slides/worksheets, graphics, videos, photographs, trademarks/brands, kit designs, and data tools are the exclusive property of Nafees Innovations LLC. The School receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials only during the booked session(s) for internal educational purposes. No copying, scanning, distribution, re-use, recording (audio/video), screen capture, livestreaming, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is permitted without prior written consent from Nafees Innovations. If written permission to record is granted, such recording is for internal, noncommercial School use only and may not be posted or shared publicly.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• On-Site/Travel workshops: cancel or reschedule ≥7 calendar days before the session.

Media & Student Privacy
Any photography/videography of students is the School’s responsibility and requires the School to secure necessary parental/guardian permissions. Nafees Innovations will not create or use student images or PII without School’s prior written approval. For virtual sessions, the School will manage classroom privacy settings and student identifiers.
