We’re updating the Flanzer Trust agency database to ensure each nonprofit’s information is accurate, current, and presented consistently. Please use this form to submit your organization’s logo, mission statement, agency category, and updated contact information.

This information will be used to refresh your agency profile within the Flanzer platform. Before submitting, please review each field carefully and provide the most current information available. For the best logo quality, vector files such as SVG or EPS are preferred, though high-resolution PNG files are also accepted.

Preferred logo dimensions:

• Logo size: 500px × 300px

• Preferred file types: SVG or EPS

• Acceptable: PNG

• Avoid if possible: JPEG, unless absolutely necessary
