Before We Build Your Brand Compass, Bring What You Already Have 🌄

Your branding points come from evidence, not adjectives. The more you bring, the more your Brand Compass sounds like the truth about you instead of a description of someone like you.

Every document you share makes your branding points more authentic and leaves fewer gaps to fill later. Nothing here is required.

Upload what you can find in the next twenty minutes. Whatever is missing, we will fill together later in the process. You will just answer more questions then instead of fewer.

Upload most recent résumé (pdf or word).
A thank-you note names the thing people value most in you, and that is usually the part you are too close to see yourself.
These show what you were officially asked to do, so your branding points can show how far past that you actually went.
These name your natural patterns, so your branding points can show how you produce results, not only which results you produced.
LinkedIn can turn your profile into a PDF for you. It takes about one minute. On a computer (easiest):  Go to linkedin.com and sign in. Click Me at the top of the page, then click View Profile. Under your photo and headline, click More. On some accounts this button says Resources. Click Save to PDF. The file goes to your Downloads folder. Come back to this form and upload that file here. On a phone: the LinkedIn app can’t make a PDF. Open linkedin.com in your phone’s web browser instead. Then switch the page to the desktop view and follow the same steps. Stuck? No worries. Upload what you have, and we’ll help you fill in the rest later.
(Internal to your employers) These show what you were officially asked to do, so your branding points can show how far past that you actually went.
(External - jobs that interest you) These carry the language of the roles you want, so your brand gets built toward where you are going, not only where you have been.

Your story, your facts.

The content we build for you is only as strong as the facts behind it. Here is how that works between us.

You provide the facts. Dates, titles, dollar figures, team sizes, results, and the details of what you did and why it mattered. These come from you, and only you can confirm they are right.

You confirm the facts. As we work, we will show you what we pulled from your documents, in your own words, alongside the source it came from. You will be asked to confirm, correct, or reject each one. Every number gets its own check, because numbers are where a claim can go wrong.

We write and position. We turn your facts into language that lands with the people you want to reach. We do not independently verify your claims, and we do not invent them.

Nothing unconfirmed gets used. If you have not verified it, it does not go into your resume, your LinkedIn profile, or anything else that carries your name.

This protects you. A claim you have checked is a claim you can defend in an interview, under reference check, and on day one of the job.
