Set Up Crew: 8am - 2pm (MOST NEEDED). Set Up: signage, booth, flags, all event items.

Floater/Reg. Booth Support: 1pm - 5pm. Filling in where needed, helping registration booth with check-in's.

Bag Drop Watch Crew: 4pm - 8pm. Oversight of bag drop area in the pavilion

Perimeter Crew: 4pm - 8pm. Stationed around the perimeter making sure public stays off course.

Tear Down Crew: 8pm - 9 pm. Take down event set, pack boxes, load Uhaul.
