I hereby enter into the following agreement with the company. The company agrees to perform the following:
● Evaluate current credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information
● Advise on necessary steps to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information contained in the credit reports
● Prepare all necessary correspondence to dispute inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information
● Review credit profile status from credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion)
● Provide consulting, coaching, and monitoring services through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or other communication during business hours
In exchange, I agree to pay the following fees:
Credit Repair Packages: $497−3000
Credit monitoring website: $29.99 per month (IdentityIQ)
I hereby authorize the company to make, receive, sign, endorse, execute, acknowledge, deliver, and possess applications, correspondence, contracts, or agreements necessary to improve my credit. These actions apply to all three major credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) and any other relevant reporting agencies or creditors.
This authorization may be revoked at any time by providing written notice. Any activity completed prior to revocation shall not constitute a breach of rights. Unless revoked earlier, this authorization will automatically expire twelve months from the date of signature.
The company is not authorized to make further release or disclosure of received information beyond what is specified in this agreement.
I grant the company full authority to take all necessary actions to repair my credit with the three major credit reporting agencies and any other relevant reporting agencies or creditors.
I release the company from all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity arising from this contract.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus. Neither you nor any credit repair company can remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report.
Credit bureaus must remove accurate negative information after 7 years (10 years for bankruptcy).
You may obtain a copy of your credit report. A reasonable fee may apply, except when:
● You've been denied credit, employment, insurance, or housing due to your credit report within the past 60 days
● You're unemployed and seeking employment within 60 days
● You receive public welfare assistance
● You suspect fraudulent activity on your report
You may cancel any credit repair contract within 3 business days of signing. Credit bureaus must follow reasonable procedures to ensure accurate reporting, but errors may occur.
You may dispute information directly with credit bureaus in writing at no charge. The bureau must reinvestigate within 30 days and provide written results. You may submit a statement explaining disputes, which must be included in future reports.
