6. Partial payments, late payments, failed payments, returned payments, reversed payments, or disputed payments do not waive any rights of 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales under my agreement.

7. If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or charged back, my account may be treated as unpaid, and I may still owe the original balance plus any applicable fees.

8. Submitting this form does not create a payment arrangement, deferment, extension, settlement, payoff agreement, or modification of my original agreement unless 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales confirms that change in writing.

9. If I am past due, submitting a payment does not automatically stop collection activity, account review, recovery action, or other remedies unless 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales confirms my account has been brought current or otherwise resolved.

10. I authorize 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales to contact me by phone, SMS, or email regarding my account, payment, balance, due date, vehicle, and related account matters.
