ENTRY RULES:

1. Eligibility: Open to all golf enthusiasts aged 18 or older.

2. Submission Deadline: The survey must be completed and submitted by August 20 to be eligible for the raffle. Must download GOAT App and register as new user.

3. Entry Limits: Each participant can earn one initial entry by submitting the survey and one additional entry by completing the entire survey.

4. Prize Drawing: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on Oct 22. The decision is final.

5. Notification: The winner will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours of the drawing. If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize: The lucky winner will receive a free 2024 golf membership, unlocking a world of premium golf experiences.
