This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Client”) in favor of RunTinTin Mobile Dog Gym (“RunTinTin”), its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates.

By signing below, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation and Fitness Responsibility

I understand that participation in RunTinTin's mobile dog fitness and exercise services is voluntary. I affirm that I am solely responsible for determining, in consultation with my veterinarian if I deem necessary, whether my dog(s) are physically and behaviorally fit to participate in any exercise, activity, or service provided by RunTinTin.

I agree to notify RunTinTin promptly of any changes in my dog’s health, mobility, medical condition, or behavior that may affect their safety or the safety of others during participation.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that even under the best supervision and care, participation in physical activity carries inherent risks to my dog(s), including but not limited to injury, illness, stress, or behavioral episodes. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my dog’s participation in RunTinTin’s services.

3. Release and Hold Harmless

I hereby waive, release, and discharge RunTinTin Mobile Dog Gym, its owners, employees, agents,

contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or harm to my dog(s), to me, or to any third party, in connection with the services provided by RunTinTin, including transport, exercise, and any activity or handling of my dog(s), except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunTinTin from any claims made by third parties arising out of my or my dog’s conduct, including but not limited to damage or injury caused by my dog(s) to other animals, people, or property.

5. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency involving my dog(s), I authorize RunTinTin to seek immediate

veterinary care if necessary, and I accept responsibility for any resulting veterinary expenses.

6. Photo/Video Release (Optional)

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
