Section Two

Disclaimer

For those joining us for T'ai-Ga

Yoga and T'ai Chi provide great benefits, but only you know your own body and its limitations.

Yoga is a physical practice and carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. Students should act safely and sensibly at all times, stop immediately if they are in any pain and must not undertake postures that are outside of their normal practice, comfort or range of movement, if you are unsure, do not undertake the posture.   Whilst uncommon, like any form of physical movement/exercise there is the risk of personal injury and Wild Minds holds no responsibility for injuries caused.  You must seek guidance from  your health care professional/ GP prior to commencing any classes and also discuss any questions or concerns with them.

Yoga for Wellbeing classes are not suitable for those that are pregnant or have given birth within the last 12 weeks. However, our Mum & Baby Yoga classes practice a more gentle form of Yoga, please discuss your current situation with us at time of booking.

T'ai Chi is a less physical practice, but it does carry it's own risks with the forms that it incorporates. It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general wellbeing in applying instructions in these sessions to your own circumstances. The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it'. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after the class. We are here to help you get the most from your practice and more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives

This Disclaimer applies to all Yoga & T'ai Chi classes taught by Wild Minds and during any classes or workshops including those taught indoors, outdoors or via online teaching, both in groups or through Private, one to one Teaching.
