We integrate with your Property Management Software (PMS) or directly with your Airbnb / VRBO iCal links so that your cleaning will automatically schedule. You can always call us to schedule a clean, but we make it as seamless as possible with automatic appointments. Here's a link to show you how to export the iCal link.

Where should our team park?
We default to parking in the driveway unless told otherwise. If the driveway isn’t available, just let us know the best alternative so our cleaners don’t disrupt guests or neighbors.
How does our team enter your property?

We highly suggest having a spare key on the property to avoid any inconvenience to the guest when the smart-lock doesn't work and to prevent delays in the cleaning service if the smart-lock doesn't work. Please attach picture for better reference if you have one.
Storage code | Storage location:
We highly suggest having a locked storage to store extra linens, toiletries, and other stock items. All extras left outside- guests will use or take.
