Performer Agreement – Leyla Lewis & Co.

This Agreement is between: Leyla Lewis & Co., referred to as “LL&Co” And The Entertainer referred to as “the Performer”

1. Independent Contractor Status

The Performer agrees they are operating as a sole trader and not an employee or agent of Leyla Lewis & Co. They are fully responsible for:

-Their own income tax, GST (if registered), and superannuation.

-Holding a valid ABN.

-Managing their own schedule, rates (within minimums), and job conduct.

2. Role of LL&Co

LL&Co is a referral and booking facilitator only. We:

-Promote performers via our brand and marketing.

-Connect performers with clients.

-Collect deposits as a booking fee on behalf of the brand.

We do not:

-Directly pay performers.

-Enter into contracts with clients on behalf of performers.

-Accept liability for the performer’s actions, losses, or disputes.

3. Performer Responsibilities

By accepting jobs through LL&Co, the Performer agrees to:

-Represent themselves and the brand professionally.

-Follow the current Code of Conduct.

-Stick to agreed rates and not undercut other performers.

-Manage their own boundaries, including what services they do/don’t offer.

-Confirm bookings in writing with the client (template provided).

-Show up on time, ready, and dressed appropriately.

-Communicate promptly if they can’t attend a job.

4. Payments & Fees

The Performer is paid directly by the client at the job, unless otherwise agreed.

LL&Co collects commission either via ref+ client deposit, or deducted from the performer’s total (e.g. ASAP jobs).

Tips, upgrades, and extensions on the night are 100% the performer’s — no commission applies.

5. Cancellations & Cover

If a Performer cancels, they will be required to pay an admin fee of $44. This fee may get waived in extenuating circumstances.

If the Performer cannot attend a job, they must notify LL&Co immediately to find a suitable replacement. If no LL&Co team members can cover, please do what you can to help find a replacement. LL&Co must approve all replacements before being offered to the client.

6. Legal & Safety

The Performer confirms they will not offer sexual services or act in a way that crosses into illegal conduct while representing the brand.

LL&Co may remove any performer from the website at any time for behaviour that compromises safety, professionalism, or the reputation of the brand.

7. Insurance

The Performer is encouraged to hold their own Public Liability Insurance. LL&Co does not provide insurance coverage for performers.

8. Disputes

Any disputes or claims arising between the Performer and a client are the sole responsibility of those parties. LL&Co may assist where appropriate but holds no formal liability.
