Terms for being a vendor at the orchard are as follows:

• If for some reason you are unable to make the event you have committed to, you are to notify the event manager immediately. There will be no refunds of booth or set up fees, but we may be able to credit you for a future event.

• Vendors will post all licenses/insurance certificates or have them readily available if asked as applicable. Vendors are responsible for their own product and merchandise within their booth at all times.

• Vendors will be assigned their booth or table placement for the event by Breeden’s staff.

• We are a mostly outdoor market, should there be inclement weather the event may be canceled, or you may be credited.Acceptance of vendors will be at the discretion of the Store Manager and/or Owner. Acceptance is based on the quality of the product(s) and the relevance of the product(s) to the overall diversification and mission of the Markets. There will not be more than 2 vendors in the same category to avoid competition within the market.
  

Vendor Entry Form / Liability Release: The undersigned does hereby release Breeden’s Orchard from any and all liability.  Including, but not limited to, bodily harm or financial loss while a participant of the Breeden’s Orchard vendor/craft fair/ night markets. We are a working farm and orchard, please dress and plan accordingly. Furthermore, I acknowledge that Breeden’s Staff and the event facility reserve the right to terminate undersigned’s privileges as a participant, WITHOUT REFUND, for displaying, selling, or promoting any item, persons, businesses, or products, which are deemed disruptive or undesirable as defined by event staff.

If for any reason you are not able to attend the event, your booth rental fee is non-refundable.  Outside booths are to be set up rain or shine (outside of inclement weather) no refunds will be given.
