Select More (with the 3 vertical dots) and then Business Profile Settings, and then People and Access.

In an effort to combat so many SPAM Google Business Profiles from being created by scam artists, Google has become much more stringent on edits of exisiting GBP's, especially with regard to your BUSINESS NAME that's listed on Google. LOC8 will not change your business name on GBP unless you specifically ask us to do so here.
