I have read, understand, and will comply with the CADTD competition instructions, including the CADTD Indoor Competition Rules and Regulations available on the CADTD website. I am fully responsible for reading and knowing the CADTD rules for the Indoor Season. I certify that all of my students meet our school and district eligibility requirements. I agree to attend Woodbridge Dance Celebration with my students (or send a coach in my place) and understand that I am responsible for their behavior throughout the contest. I understand that while we do our best to place solos within their appropriate grade-level and style divisions, we reserve the right to combine solo divisions by grade level as necessary due to entry volume and scheduling needs. I certify that each of my students has his/her own personal or school insurance and I will bring their emergency cards with me. I understand that the Irvine Unified School District and the Woodbridge Dance Celebration Director will NOT be responsible for any injuries or illnesses occurring at this CADTD sanctioned event on February 21 , 2026.
