Appointment Information

  • We Are A Home-Based Business.

  • Do not park in the driveway.

  • Please do not arrive early or late, as we may be assisting another customer or attending to other business. Come up to the door at the time of your scheduled appointment.

  • You must bring a valid driver's license or ID.

These fingerprints are NOT for any type of employment. These are used for NFA firearms. Do not schedule an appointment unless this is exactly what you need.

This appointment will include:

  • Two ATF FD-258 Fingerprint Cards
    OR

  • ATF eForms EFT File

AND

  • Two Passport Pictures
    OR

    Digital Passport Picture File
