By submitting this form, if applying for Tax Exemption, you certify that you hold a valid resale permit for the state/s in which you operate, and that you are in the business of reselling Consumer Electronics or related equipment and that the tangible described herein, which you shall purchase from Digital Bay Tech LLC, will be resold by you in the form of tangible personal property. Provided, however, that in the event any such property issued for sale in the regular course of business, you are required by law to collect and remit sales tax, measured by the purchase price of sold property.
