I offer private 3 or 6 month personalised coaching programs (and every so often I have one-off 75 minute sessions available) in holistic sexuality, pleasure and intimacy for women and vulva owners by application.

Creating lasting changes in our relationship with pleasure, intimacy and sexuality isn't something that can be done in a couple of sessions. Like any deep work, it takes time and commitment.

My approach is body-based & integrative, which means it's more effective over time, as you weave these approaches and practices into your daily life to make lasting shifts - this is why I mostly work with clients over 3 or 6 months. How committed are you to prioritising this area of your life? *

I work with a few private clients at a time, for committed 3 or 6 month mentoring programs, with lots of regular personalised 1:1 support via calls, email, voice and chat. This approach is about accountability, support and guidance in creating consistent habits over time to deepen your connection with your pleasure & sexual self.
