✓ You have contacted TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) directly and confirmed that the ONLY remaining step to make your license active is to secure a sponsoring brokerage.

✓ You understand that if your license has other unresolved issues (continuing education deficiencies, disciplinary actions, expired renewals, or any other holds), those must be resolved with TREC BEFORE you apply.

✓ You understand that the $99 onboarding fee is non-refundable, except in the following cases:

(1) The Key Agency determines through license verification that your license cannot be made active, or

(2) The Key Agency reserves the right to decline an application following license verification. License verification and approvals are processed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.
