Vendor Set-Up:
Vendor set-up will take place the day before the event, May 16th , 2024, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For those who can't make the Thursday setup you can setup on Friday anytime between 10am-4pm
Please arrive during the designated set-up hours to ensure a smooth process.
Upon arrival, you will be guided to your designated vending spot.
Pricing:
Non food vendors
10x10 - $200
10x20 - $275
10x30 - $350
Food Vendor or Food Truck
UP to 10 x 30 - $400
Event Day Details:
The event will run from 5pm to 10pm May 17th and 11AM to 10PM on May 18th, 2024.
Please be ready to serve customers by 11 AM.
Access to the vendor area will be strictly controlled for safety and security purposes.
Vendor Regulations:
Electricity and water hook-ups will not be provided. Please plan accordingly.
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, and displays.
All vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations. Please ensure that your setup meets these standards.
No outside alcohol is allowed at the event. Any vendors found violating this rule will be asked to leave.
Vendors will receive two wristbands for entry. Additional wristbands can be purchased for your team members or guests.
Important Notes:
Vendor spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to arrive early to secure your preferred location.
Please ensure that your vending setup is secure and well-maintained throughout the event.
The 5th Annual Crawfish Critic Cookoff team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns during the event.

Waiver of Liability:
In consideration for accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself and my organizational entity, my heirs, my team members, executors and administrators, do hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless 5th Annual Crawfish Critic Cookoff (the “Event”) along with their representatives, successors, employees, and volunteers for any and all claims arising from or during the Event, including without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgements, expenses, damages or reasonable attorney fees. I hereby grant full permission to 5th Annual Crawfish Critic Cookoff, and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
I agree to the terms of the Waiver of Liability, and I will abide by the 2024 Rules and Regulations of the 5th Annual Crawfish Critic Cookoff.
