Al Ain Wave Pool Surf Trip – Friday 31 January 2026

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to invite students to take part in a surf and bodyboarding experience at Al Ain Wave Pool, organised and delivered by The Surfing Week Sports Academy LLC.

This trip provides a unique opportunity for students to develop water confidence, surf skills, and ocean awareness in a controlled wave environment, under the supervision of our qualified coaching team.

Event Details

Date: Friday 31 January 2026
Location: Al Ain Wave Pool, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
Activity Duration: 2 hours of coached water sessions

Travel & Timings

  • 13:00 – Departure from Dubai (coach transport departs promptly)
    Students must arrive at least 15 minutes early

  • 15:00 – Arrival at Al Ain Wave Pool

  • 15:30 – Safety briefing and preparation

  • 16:00 – 17:00 – Bodyboarding session

  • 17:00 – 18:00 – Surfing session (rotational groups)

  • 18:00 – Sessions conclude, change and recovery time

  • 19:00 – Departure from Al Ain

  • 21:00 – Estimated arrival back in Dubai

Students may bring snacks or money for food and drinks after the session.

Session Structure & Supervision

  • Hour 1: Bodyboarding

  • Hour 2: Surfing

All sessions are:

  • Fully supervised by qualified surf coaches

  • Structured to maximise safety, learning, and enjoyment

  • Delivered with clear group management and safety protocols

Transport & Pricing

  • AED 500 – Own transport (parent drop-off and pick-up)

  • AED 575 – Coach transport provided from Dubai

What to Bring

  • Swimsuit / board shorts

  • Rash vest or wetsuit (recommended)

  • Towel

  • Flip-flops

  • Change of clothes

  • Water bottle

  • Snacks or spending money

IMPORTANT: Parent Permission, Waiver & Terms

Parental Consent & Duty of Care

By enrolling my child in the Al Ain Wave Pool Surf Trip on Friday 31 January 2026, I confirm that:

  • I give full permission for my child to participate in all surf and bodyboarding activities organised by The Surfing Week Sports Academy LLC.

  • I acknowledge that parents will not be present during the sessions.
    I authorise the academy’s coaches to assume     full duty of care and parental responsibility for my child during the entire duration of the trip.

  • Where coach transport is selected, I grant permission for my child to be transported to and from Al Ain Wave Pool under the supervision of academy staff.

Terms & Conditions

  • Participation is subject to adherence to all safety briefings and coach instructions.

  • Students must be medically fit to participate in water-based activities.

  • The Surfing Week Sports Academy LLC is not responsible for personal belongings.

  • Timings are approximate and may vary due to operational or safety requirements.

  • No refunds will be issued once a place is confirmed unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

  • Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the session without refund.
