Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking with Oxygen Lifestyle Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to retreats, wellness experiences, adventure trips, safaris, treks and other experiences organised or sold by Oxygen Lifestyle Ltd ("Oxygen Lifestyle", "we", "us" or "our"). By completing a booking and paying a deposit or full payment, you ("the Client", "Participant" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Oxygen organises and facilitates:

Wellness retreats
Adventure-based travel experiences
Nature immersion journeys
Safari experiences in Tanzania
Holistic wellness activities including Qigong, breathwork, meditation and related practices

Some services are delivered in partnership with third-party providers including accommodation venues, safari operators, guides, and transport providers.

2. Booking & Contract

A booking is confirmed once: the required booking information has been submitted; the applicable deposit or full payment has been received; and Oxygen Lifestyle has issued confirmation of the booking.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age. Where one person books on behalf of another participant or a group, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all participants are made aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The retreat or trip description, dates, price, itinerary, accommodation and inclusions displayed at the time of booking form part of your booking agreement.

We encourage you to carefully consider your plans and commitments before confirming your booking. Joining an Oxygen Lifestyle retreat or adventure is an investment in yourself, your wellbeing and your experience, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. 3. Booking Deposits & Payments

Payments Directly Through Oxygen Lifestyle: for all our retreats or adventures, securing your booking requires a non-refundable deposit per person along with all relevant booking information. This deposit secures your booking and covers non-refundable essentials, such as accommodation reservations.

A €500 or €1000 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a place on all Oxygen Lifestyle retreats, adventure trips, safaris and trekking experiences, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of booking.

The deposit secures your place and contributes towards the non-refundable financial commitments Oxygen Lifestyle makes to secure and organise your booking. These may include:

Accommodation and venue reservations
Safari operators
Local destination partners
Guides and facilitators
Permits
Transport arrangements
Other advance operational and supplier costs

The deposit is non-refundable from the date of booking, except where Oxygen Lifestyle cancels the experience and a refund is due under these Terms, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Deposit & Payment Schedule

A retreat or adventure trip may be booked using the deposit option until 30 days before the scheduled start date. The full outstanding balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat or trip start date unless stated otherwise.

Oxygen Lifestyle may also offer an instalment payment plan for selected experiences. Where a payment plan is selected, the payment dates and amounts displayed and accepted at the time of booking will form part of your booking agreement. Regardless of the payment option selected, the full outstanding balance must be received by the applicable final payment deadline.

5. Late Bookings Within 30 Days of Departure

If you make a booking 30 days or less before the scheduled retreat or trip start date, the deposit option will no longer be available. The full booking price will be payable at the time of booking. Late bookings remain subject to availability.

Balance Payment: If you've paid a deposit prior to the 30-day deadline, your remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your retreat begins. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your spot without refund.

6. Failure to Make Payment

Clients selecting an instalment plan are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available on scheduled payment dates. If a scheduled instalment or final balance is not received by its due date, Oxygen Lifestyle will endeavour to contact you regarding the outstanding payment.

If payment remains outstanding, Oxygen Lifestyle reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to treat the booking as cancelled by the Client and release the reserved place. In these circumstances, the deposit and all other payments will remain non-refundable and the applicable cancellation provisions below may apply.

7. Payment Methods

Deposits, instalments and full payments may be made using the payment methods displayed through our booking and payment platforms, including major credit and debit cards. Where available, Oxygen Lifestyle may also offer third-party payment facilities such as Klarna through Stripe.

Payments made through Stripe and its integrations are non-refundable. Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms, eligibility requirements, payment schedules and agreements. Any financing or payment arrangement entered into between a Client and a third-party provider is separate from the Client's booking agreement with Oxygen Lifestyle. Clients should familiarise themselves with the relevant provider's terms before selecting a third-party payment option. Use of a third-party payment provider does not alter Oxygen Lifestyle's cancellation conditions or affect statutory rights.

8. Cancellation by the Participant

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to Oxygen Lifestyle Ltd. Cancellation will be treated as received on the date Oxygen Lifestyle receives the written cancellation request.

The booking deposit is non-refundable from the date of booking because Oxygen Lifestyle makes advance financial commitments to secure accommodation, venues, operators and other essential arrangements.

Additional Payments: due to the advance commitments required to organise our retreats and adventure experiences, payments made towards your booking are non-refundable once made. These commitments may include accommodation, venues, safari operators, guides, facilitators, permits, transport and other suppliers.

Where a booking constitutes a regulated package or applicable consumer legislation provides additional cancellation or refund rights, those statutory rights will apply.

9. Cancellation Within 30 Days of Departure

The full balance is due 30 days before the scheduled start date. If you cancel 30 days or less before departure, payments made are non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This policy applies where a Client is unable to attend because of personal circumstances such as illness, injury, family circumstances, changes in personal plans or other reasons outside Oxygen Lifestyle's control. We therefore strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel/cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

10. Transfer of a Booking

We understand that circumstances can change. Where permitted by the nature of the experience and applicable law, Oxygen Lifestyle may allow a Client to transfer their place to another suitable participant. Any transfer is subject to:

Reasonable advance written notice
Approval by Oxygen Lifestyle
The replacement participant satisfying any applicable health, fitness, age, visa or participation requirements
Supplier approval where required
Payment of any genuine additional costs associated with the transfer

Where a booking constitutes a regulated package, any statutory rights relating to transferring the booking will apply.

11. Travel & Health Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Oxygen Lifestyle retreats and trips. Appropriate travel insurance may be a mandatory condition of participation for international adventure trips, safaris and trekking experiences. Your policy should provide appropriate cover for your destination and activities, which may include:

Cancellation and curtailment
Illness and injury
Overseas medical expenses
Emergency medical treatment
Emergency evacuation
Helicopter or air ambulance evacuation
Repatriation
Flight delays or cancellations
Missed departures
Lost, stolen or damaged luggage
Adventure or trekking activities

For Kilimanjaro and other high-altitude trekking experiences, participants must ensure their policy specifically covers high-altitude trekking to the maximum altitude included in the itinerary and emergency evacuation. It is the Client's responsibility to check their insurance policy, exclusions and coverage limits.

12. Cancellation by Oxygen Lifestyle Ltd

Oxygen Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel a retreat or trip where reasonably necessary, including because of insufficient participant numbers, significant safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will not ordinarily cancel an experience less than 30 days before its start date except where unusual, unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances make cancellation necessary.

Where Oxygen Lifestyle cancels a retreat or trip before departure and applicable law does not require a different remedy, the Client will generally be offered the choice to:

Transfer eligible payments to another Oxygen Lifestyle retreat or trip taking place within one calendar year; or
Receive a refund of monies paid to Oxygen Lifestyle for the cancelled experience

Where applicable package-travel or consumer legislation provides specific cancellation and refund rights, those rights will apply. Unless required by applicable law, Oxygen Lifestyle is not responsible for independently booked incidental expenses such as flights, rail tickets, visas, vaccinations or additional accommodation. For this reason, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance and encourage Clients to consider flexible travel arrangements.

13. Unavoidable & Extraordinary Circumstances

Circumstances beyond Oxygen Lifestyle's reasonable control may occasionally affect a retreat or trip. These may include severe weather, natural disasters, wildfire, flood, government action or restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, significant transport disruption, border closures, public-health events or other serious circumstances affecting safety or the ability to deliver the experience.

Oxygen Lifestyle may need to modify, postpone or cancel part or all of an itinerary as a result. Any refund, alternative arrangement or cancellation rights will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights applicable to a regulated package or other booking.

14. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary advertised for each Oxygen Lifestyle experience represents the planned programme. The nature of retreats, safaris and adventure travel means reasonable changes may occasionally be necessary. Oxygen Lifestyle may modify activities, timings, accommodation, facilitators, guides, transport arrangements or other itinerary elements where reasonably necessary because of:

Weather
Local conditions
Safety considerations
Supplier changes
Guide recommendations
Operational requirements
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where a significant change occurs before departure, Clients will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and applicable statutory rights will be respected.

15. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess all documentation required for travel. Depending upon the destination, this may include:

A valid passport
Visas
Entry permits
Vaccination documentation
Health certificates
Insurance documentation
Other immigration or entry requirements

Some countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the intended travel period. Entry requirements can change. Clients are responsible for checking current requirements with the appropriate official authorities. Oxygen Lifestyle cannot accept responsibility where a Client is unable to travel because they have not obtained the necessary documentation or met destination entry requirements.

16. Client Health & Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically able to participate safely in their chosen retreat, trip or activity. Clients must inform Oxygen Lifestyle before departure of relevant:

Medical conditions
Injuries
Allergies
Medications
Mobility requirements
Dietary requirements
Other circumstances that could reasonably affect participation or require assistance

For physically demanding activities, Oxygen Lifestyle or its local operators may reasonably request medical clearance before participation. Oxygen Lifestyle wellness retreats and practices are intended to support general wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy or professional healthcare. Participants with concerns about their suitability for an activity should seek appropriate professional medical advice before participating. Oxygen Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse participation where health or safety may be compromised.

17. Kilimanjaro & High-Altitude Trekking

Inherent High-Altitude Risks: participants acknowledge that trekking Mount Kilimanjaro involves significant physical exertion and exposure to high-altitude conditions exceeding 2,500 metres and reaching approximately 5,895 metres above sea level.

High-altitude trekking carries additional risks beyond those encountered during ordinary travel, including:

Altitude sickness
Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)
High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE)
High Altitude Cerebral Edema (HACE)
Reduced oxygen levels
Exhaustion
Dehydration
Extreme temperature changes
Difficult or uneven terrain
Slips and falls
Unpredictable weather
Emergency evacuation

Reaching the summit cannot be guaranteed. Participant safety takes priority over reaching a summit. The head guide or appropriate local mountain team may determine that a participant must stop ascending or descend where they reasonably believe continuing presents a health or safety risk. The head guide's decision concerning mountain safety is final and must be followed.

Failure to reach the summit due to altitude, illness, weather, personal choice or a guide's safety decision does not itself entitle the participant to a refund. Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel insurance specifically covers the maximum trekking altitude and emergency evacuation. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.

17.1 Compliance with Park Regulations
Mount Kilimanjaro is regulated by the Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA). Participants agree to comply with:

All park regulations
Environmental protection guidelines
Guide instructions
Safety procedures

Changes imposed by park authorities, including route adjustments, safety directives, or regulatory updates, do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

17.2 Mandatory Insurance Requirement
Participants joining Mount Kilimanjaro expeditions must obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

High-altitude trekking coverage up to 6,000 metres
Emergency medical treatment
Helicopter or ground evacuation
Repatriation

Proof of valid insurance will be requested prior to departure. Failure to obtain appropriate insurance may result in refusal of participation without refund.

17.3 Medical & Evacuation Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that emergency evacuation in high-altitude environments may be weather dependent, delayed due to terrain, and logistically complex. All medical treatment and evacuation costs are the sole responsibility of the participant. Oxygen Lifestyle accepts no liability for medical expenses or evacuation costs incurred during the expedition.

18. Safaris & Adventure Travel

(For Tanzania Retreats & Safari Experiences) — Safaris and adventure travel involve inherent risks and unpredictable natural conditions. These may include:

Wildlife encounters
Remote locations
Rough or unsealed roads
Changing weather
Vehicle breakdown or delay
Limited access to medical facilities
Altered routes
Transport delays
Other conditions inherent in travel through remote environments

Wildlife is wild and specific sightings cannot be guaranteed. Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions issued by Oxygen Lifestyle, safari guides, local operators, park authorities and accommodation providers.

A. Wildlife Acknowledgment — Participants acknowledge that wildlife encounters are unpredictable, animals are not controlled or restrained, and safety instructions from guides must be followed at all times. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from activities without refund.

B. Safari & Remote Environment Risks — Participants acknowledge risks including travel in remote areas, limited medical facilities, variable road and transport conditions, and weather exposure.

C. Local Operators — Safari services may be operated by licensed Tanzanian partners. All local operators comply with Tanzanian tourism regulations.

19. Acceptance of Risk

By participating in an adventure, safari, trek or other physical activity, Clients acknowledge that these experiences can involve inherent risks. Participants accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with activities in which they voluntarily participate. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

20. Safety & Participant Conduct

Participants must comply with reasonable safety instructions and rules provided by Oxygen Lifestyle, facilitators, guides, accommodation providers and local operators. Oxygen Lifestyle reserves the right to restrict or terminate a participant's involvement where their conduct:

Presents a serious risk to themselves or others
Involves harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour
Repeatedly disregards safety instructions
Seriously disrupts other participants' experience
Causes serious damage to property or the environment

Where participation is terminated due to serious misconduct or safety concerns, a refund will not be provided. The participant may also be responsible for any additional accommodation, transport or repatriation expenses arising from their removal from the programme.

21. Alcohol & Illegal Substances

Participants are expected to behave responsibly in relation to alcohol. Illegal drugs or substances are not permitted. A Client may be prevented from participating in an activity where Oxygen Lifestyle or a guide reasonably believes alcohol, drugs or another substance makes their participation unsafe.

22. Suppliers & Independent Contractors

Oxygen Lifestyle works with carefully selected venues, accommodation providers, safari operators, guides, transport providers, facilitators and other independent suppliers. Some elements of your retreat or trip may therefore be delivered by third parties. Participants may be required to comply with reasonable safety and operational conditions imposed by those suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or liability imposed upon Oxygen Lifestyle by applicable Irish or EU law, including responsibilities that may arise where Oxygen Lifestyle is the organiser of a regulated package.

23. Liability

Oxygen Lifestyle will exercise reasonable care in organising and delivering its retreats, trips and experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxygen Lifestyle will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

The Client's own acts or omissions
Failure to follow reasonable safety instructions
Independent travel or other arrangements made directly by the Client that do not form part of the Oxygen Lifestyle booking
Circumstances for which Oxygen Lifestyle cannot legally be held responsible

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

24. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their passports, money, luggage, jewellery, electronic devices and other personal belongings. Appropriate travel insurance covering theft, loss or damage is recommended.

25. Photography, Video & Content

Photography and video may take place during Oxygen Lifestyle retreats, adventures and trips. Images and video may be used by Oxygen Lifestyle for website, social-media, marketing and promotional purposes. We respect participants' privacy. If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or video, please inform Oxygen Lifestyle in writing before the retreat or trip begins. We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.

26. Special Requests & Dietary Requirements

Dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility requirements and other special requests should be disclosed when booking or as early as reasonably possible. Oxygen Lifestyle will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled, particularly where services are provided by independent suppliers or in remote destinations.

27. Complaints

If a problem arises during your retreat or trip, please inform an Oxygen Lifestyle representative as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve the matter. If the matter cannot be resolved during the experience, please contact Oxygen Lifestyle in writing after your return. Nothing in this provision restricts your statutory consumer rights.

28. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with a booking will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and the Oxygen Lifestyle Privacy Policy. Health, dietary, emergency and other information supplied by participants will be used only where reasonably necessary for administering the experience, meeting participant requirements or protecting health and safety, in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

31. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Oxygen Lifestyle Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The Terms applicable to your booking will generally be the version made available to you when your booking contract is entered into. Changes subsequently made to these Terms will not remove contractual or statutory rights that have already arisen.

32. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections available under applicable consumer law.
