Rental Fee

All rental fees are due at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Indemnification

The Renter shall be liable for any physical damages to the Venue, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions by the Renter or any of the Renter’s guests or attendees during the Lease Period. The Renter and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Siva, LLC DBA Shoot 360 Louisville and any of its officers, employees, servants, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all loss, liability, claims, or expenses arising from the Renter’s use and/or occupation of the Venue belonging to Team Siva, LLC DBA Shoot 360 Louisville by the user group and any of its officers, employees, servants, agents, contractors, and volunteers.

Rules & Policies

Court Only Rentals include basketball court assigned only. Participants may not utilize Shoot 360 shooting courts or skill courts. Team Clinic packages are available for purchase should you wish to have access to Shoot 360 technology for your team or group.

Only basketball or volleyball is allowed in the gym unless you have been granted special written permission by owners for other activities.

No food or drinks allowed on the court, with the exception of water and sports drinks.

No profanity or inappropriate language, attire, or behavior

BASKETBALL/SNEAKERS/TENNIS SHOES ONLY. NO STREET SHOES ALLOWED ON THE COURT

Shirts must be worn at all times. Gym attire required to participate in on the court activities.

No alcoholic beverages allowed on the property.

No smoking allowed inside or outside the facility.

No weapons allowed in the facility.

No pets allowed in the facility.

No tournaments or advertised (paid) games allowed without written permission of owners.

No personal or small group trainings may be conducted by outside trainers/Non-Shoot 360 employees.
