I understand that the payment for the services rendered by 99 Calls is for the efforts undertaken on their behalf and not for a guaranteed reinstatement of the Google Business Profile.
I agree that the possibility exists that Google may not reinstate my suspended profile and that this outcome does not entitle me to a refund for the services rendered by 99 Calls.
I agree to cooperate fully with 99 Calls and to provide all necessary information and documentation that is required to facilitate the provision of the services. I understand that my failure to cooperate can adversely affect the outcome of the services provided.
I understand that 99 Calls does not have control over which reviews Google chooses to display or remove from your Google Business Profile. Google exercises sole discretion in the management of reviews according to their policies. While 99 Calls has no influence over these decisions, we will employ all available strategies and efforts to maintain the visibility of your hard-earned reviews and enhance your profile’s standing.
