Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Payment - Unpaid Invoice
1. Payment Authorization: By providing your credit card information, you authorize Akermon Rossenfeld to charge your credit card for the outstanding amount on the unpaid invoice.
2. Billing Information: Ensure that the billing information provided for the credit card transaction is accurate and matches the information on the invoice. Akermon Rossenfeld is not responsible for any fees or issues arising from incorrect billing information.
3. Overdue Charges: If the unpaid invoice remains outstanding after the due date, Akermon Rossenfeld reserves the right to apply additional charges, interest, or late fees as specified in the original invoice.
4. Refund Policy: Refunds for credit card payments will only be considered in cases where an overpayment has occurred. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Akermon Rossenfeld's designated contact.
5. Cardholder Responsibility: The cardholder is responsible for monitoring their credit card transactions and ensuring that the authorized payment is reflected accurately. Any discrepancies should be reported to Akermon Rossenfeld's designated contact immediately.
6. Disputed Charges: In the event of a dispute regarding the credit card charge, the cardholder agrees to contact Akermon Rossenfeld's designated contact within 15 days of the transaction date to initiate a resolution process.
7. Payment Failure: If the credit card payment is declined or fails for any reason, Akermon Rossenfeld may pursue alternative methods of collection, including legal action.
8. Confidentiality: All credit card information provided for payment is confidential and will be handled in accordance with Akermon Rossenfeld's privacy policy.
9. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
