A fun and nurturing yoga workshop designed especially for little ones! Through movement, breathwork, creative art, and playful activities, children will explore emotions, build confidence, and learn tools for calm and well-being.

Friday is for teens only.

 I, the parent or legal guardian of below-named student, a minor, understand that my child will be participating in a yoga class.

I accept that the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class which he/ she will receive instruction about yoga and actively participate in yoga exercise.  I understand that yoga requires physical movement and bodily exertion which may result in an accident of physical injury.

I note that during the Yoga sessions there will be photography and filming of the kids doing various activities. Some of this may be posted on social media platforms. If you don’t want your child to be filmed send an email to [email protected]
