Agree to Terms of Referral Program
By submitting this referral form, I agree that I am only qualified to receive the referral fee if I am (1) referring a new customer to Decks Unique, (2) the person referred does not live in the same household as the person referring, (3) the referred person has not already contracted with Decks Unique, (4) contracts and installs or resurfaces a deck with Decks Unique, and (5) the total cost of the job is $15,000 or more. You can earn $500 on each referral. If you do not agree with these terms, your submission will not qualify as a referral. Referral source also represents and guarantees that person being referred has given permission to be contacted, and if such permission has not been granted, referral source shall be liable for any damages against Decks Unique including legal fees.
