I understand that it is essential to provide site conditions prior to the delivery of my new spa. Dealer may contract with a third party to deliver the Product. Both Dealer and its contractor will provide reasonable assistance in moving and positioning the product. However, neither the Dealer nor its contractors shall provide crane service or be required to deliver the product through rough and/or uneven terrain. Dealer and its contractor must have proper delivery access that is flat, level, and clear of any obstructions. Failure to provide proper access and/or correct information on this survey may result in delivery delay and additional costs chargeable to the buyer. I understand that I am responsible for electrical connections and for any leveling of the tub. I agree to accept full responsibility for the information provided and to hold Black Pine or delivery contractor harmless for any damage incurred during delivery to landscaping, structures, people, pets, or other property. If required to cross neighbor's property in order to carry out delivery, I agree to obtain permission in advance and to accept responsibility for their property.
