The business originated in 2015 and has seen tremendous growth since inception.

The agency business consists of the agency, community (Paid Traffic Insiders) and our offer network (Power Affiliate Network).

The Content Manager will play a key role is generating awareness for the brand and driving interest and lead flow to our different offers.

Paid Traffic Insiders is the community arm to our parent ad agency business, REASON.

Paid Traffic Insiders (PTI) is a private community for media buyers, agency owners, and marketers who want to master paid traffic, scale with confidence, and level up their skills.

We provide members with hands-on coaching, proven frameworks, and high-performance systems that drive real results — and our content is at the core of that experience.

We already have a goldmine of long-form content (courses, workshops, live calls, frameworks, and interviews). Now we need a Content Manager who can turn that raw material into a consistent stream of high-value, platform-specific content that attracts, educates, and retains our audience across all major channels.

Position Summary:

The Content Manager is responsible for executing the business content strategy via social media platforms and email.

The Content Manager will manage the content strategy, calendar, ensure consistent distribution across platforms, and collaborate with the team to refine strategy while owning day-to-day execution, including transforming existing long-form content into engaging short-form assets, social posts, and email campaigns that amplify our brand and drive community growth.

This role requires someone who’s both creative and operationally sharp — a marketer who can move quickly, manage multiple projects, and understand how to make content that resonates with the marketing industry’s most ambitious players.

The primary goal of this role is Acquisition Focused:

  • Drive booked calls

  • Acquire new community members


Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Content Creation and Repurposing

    1. Develop daily, weekly and monthly content strategy that resonates with our ICPs.

    2. Extract short-form and mid-form content from long-form assets (coaching calls, workshops, trainings, interviews).

    3. Write, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn, email, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Slack.

    4. Adapt content tone and format for each platform (hooks, captions, thumbnails, titles, etc.).

    5. Maintain content quality, clarity, and brand consistency across all mediums.

    6. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) to speed up transcription, captioning, and ideation.

  2. Content Calendar & Workflow Management

    1. Manage and maintain the content calendar — mapping weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities.

    2. Coordinate content publishing around launches, promotions, and live events.

    3. Organize and label all raw content, assets, and deliverables in Google Drive for cross-team access.

    4. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all assets are completed and delivered on time.

  3. Platform Execution and Optimization

    1. Post and monitor content performance across social platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.

    2. Edit and publish short-form video clips for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Stories.

    3. Create email campaigns summarizing key insights from workshops and trainings to nurture the list

    4. Create offer & promo email campaigns that drive booked calls and community member signups

    5. Experiment with headlines, thumbnails, and posting times to optimize reach.

    6. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to adapt PTI’s content presence.

  4. Analytics and Continuous Improvement

    1. Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-throughs, views, booked calls & signups).

    2. Report insights weekly to inform future strategy.

    3. Use performance data to identify what topics, formats, and messages drive the best results.

    4. Implement ongoing improvements to increase audience retention and brand visibility.


The Ideal Candidate

You’re the type of person who can see the story inside the strategy — someone who loves turning long-form material into compelling, snackable content. You understand marketing culture, know what resonates online, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where clarity and consistency matter.

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in content management

  • Have worked in the marketing, agency, or creator economy space.

  • Understand concepts like paid traffic, funnels, and performance marketing (you don’t need to run ads).

  • Have strong writing and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.

  • Are comfortable using video editing tools like CapCut, Descript, or Premiere Rush.

  • Use AI tools to make your workflow more efficient without sacrificing creativity.

  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and manage deadlines with precision.

  • Can spot “gold” in long-form recordings and know how to turn it into valuable content

  • Have experience managing projects in Monday, ClickUp, or Notion.

  • Are fluent in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).

Compensation

  • Total OTE: $50,000-$55,000

  • Base: $50,000

  • Bonuses: up to $2k

  • Raise: 5% (hitting KPIs 3/4 quarters)

  • W2 or 1099

  • Full-Time
