SERVICE PLAN AGREEMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment & Discounts

  • The client agrees to pay the discounted rate at the selected service frequency.

  • Discounted rates are applicable only while the service plan remains active.

  • If the agreement is canceled before completing the first year, the client must pay the difference in the discount received.

2. Service Commitment

  • This agreement remains in place for one year from the signing date.

  • After the initial year, the agreement continues month-to-monthunless canceled.

  • CareMate Home Services LLC will automatically schedule cleanings based on the selected frequency.

  • Clients will receive reminders one week and two days before each scheduled service.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule a cleaning with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • If a scheduled service needs to be skipped, the discount for that service may be forfeited.

  • If the agreement is canceled before the one-year period, the client is required to pay back the discount difference.

4. Transferability

  • If the client moves within our service area, the agreement can be transferred to the new address.

  • The client must notify CareMate Home Services LLC at least two weeks in advance of any address change.

5. Rain Guarantee

  • If it rains within 7 days of service and you notice spotted windows, contact us for a free touch-up.

  • Touch-ups will be scheduled at the earliest availability.

6. Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee your satisfaction and will complete all agreed-upon services at the discounted rate.

  • If any issues arise, the client must report concerns within 48 hours of service completion for resolution.

7. Communication & Notifications

  • By providing a phone number, the client agrees to receive text message reminders from CareMate Home Services LLC .

  • Clients may opt out of text messages at any time but must remain responsive via email or phone.

8. Liability & Property Care

  • CareMate Home Services LLC takes the utmost care in servicing properties.

  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, gutters, or solar panels.

  • Clients must ensure the service area is accessible on scheduled service dates.

9. Agreement Confirmation

By signing up for the service plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
