Or it enrolls you for draw applications, and our team will submit your applications for you each year based on the information you provide in this form.

WYOMING BONUS POINTS: Wyoming is the only state we hunt that has a separate draw period for bonus points- these must be purchased during a separate draw period. I understand that I will be charged a one-time $500 deposit ($515 when using a credit card) at this time, and this $500 deposit is applied toward any hunt of my choosing with Diamond Outfitters. I acknowledge that Diamond Outfitters will email me annually, usually in November or December, so I can update my account and credit card, make changes or adjustments as needed, and that it is my responsibility to keep my account information up to date. I understand that I can lose bonus points and/or loyalty points by not responding in a timely manner. I understand that I decide whether to apply in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, or Wyoming—some or all—and for which species. I unconditionally authorize and provide power of attorney to Diamond Outfitters (DO) to use my credit card to purchase and auto-renew my mandatory AZ, NM, NV, and UT state hunting licenses, DO and state application fees, bonus point fees, and point guard fees (application fees totaling a combined $45 per person, per species application), as well as big game tags, henceforth until otherwise directed by me. I understand that AZ, UT, and NV only charge my credit card for big game tags upon a successful draw. I understand that NM and WY charge the full big game tag fees on my credit card upfront, and then refund my card for any tag I do not draw within one to two billing cycles, less license and application fees. I understand that WY has a separate bonus point–only application period and fees. I understand that AZ, NV, and UT automatically provide bonus points upon an unsuccessful draw, and that there are no bonus points in New Mexico. When applying as a group in Arizona, only one group leader may be charged for all tag fees. Licenses and DO application fees may be charged separately. In contrast, NM, NV, UT, and WY tag, license, and application fees may all be paid individually—even for groups. I understand that it is solely my responsibility to update credit card information annually with Diamond Outfitters and to return my hunt survey by the due date in order to be applied in any state draws. In lieu of the survey, I may email [email protected] or call the office with questions. Failure to provide up-to-date information will result in a $35 update fee from Diamond Outfitters if the company cannot apply me with the information I have previously provided and a second application attempt is required. I understand that deposits are unconditionally non-refundable. I fully acknowledge the complete terms and conditions of this deposit and understand that I can always revisit the full terms and conditions on the website.
