WYOMING BONUS POINTS: Wyoming is the only state we hunt that has a separate draw period for bonus points- these must be purchased during a separate draw period. Diamond Outfitters LLC Terms and Conditions – Client Authorization and Attestation Agreement

This Authorization and Attestation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Diamond Outfitters (“DO”) and/or Rolling Bones Outdoors (“RBO”). By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Deposit

Client authorizes a one-time deposit of $500 ($515 when using a credit card) to be charged at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied toward a hunt of the Client’s choosing with Diamond Outfitters. All deposits are final and non-refundable. Client agrees that all payments made for services are voluntary and final. In the event Client initiates an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback, DO and/or RBO reserve the right to recover the original charge amount along with any associated bank fees, processing costs, dispute fees, and legal costs incurred. This signed Agreement may be provided to the issuing bank as proof of authorization.

2. Authorization to Charge Credit Card Client hereby authorizes and grants power of attorney to Diamond Outfitters and/or Rolling Bones Outdoors to charge the Client’s credit card for the purpose of processing hunting applications and associated requirements until such authorization is revoked in writing. Authorized charges may include, but are not limited to, mandatory non-refundable state hunting licenses for Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming and more as directed by client; non-refundable state application fees; non-refundable application service fees; non-refundable bonus point fees; non-refundable point guard fees; and big game tag fees (see section 3). Application service fees total $45 per person, per species application, unless otherwise stated and this INCLUDES the state application per-species fee.

3. State Application Payment Policies

Client understands and acknowledges the following draw and payment procedures. Arizona, Nevada, and Utah charge credit cards for big game tags upon a successful draw. New Mexico and Wyoming charge the full tag amount at application, then refund the big game tag fees amount within one to two billing cycles if the Client is unsuccessful, less license and application fees. Wyoming maintains a separate bonus point-only application period and associated fees. Arizona, Nevada, and Utah automatically award bonus points upon an unsuccessful draw. New Mexico does not offer bonus points. For Arizona group applications, the group leader may be charged for all tag fees. License and application fees may be charged separately. For New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, tag, license, and application fees may be charged individually even for group applications.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client acknowledges that it is solely their responsibility to maintain current and accurate account information, including credit card details. DO and/or RBO will typically contact Client annually, generally during November or December, to allow Client to update account information, update payment information, modify application strategies, and confirm species and state selections. Failure to respond or provide updated information may result in loss of bonus points or loyalty points, and a $35 administrative update fee if a second application attempt is required due to outdated information. Clients may update account information by contacting Diamond Outfitters directly.

5. Draw Odds and Applications Client understands that they control which states and species they apply for, including but not limited to Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and others per your instruction. Client acknowledges that drawing a hunting tag is never guaranteed, and draw odds may be statistically low depending on the species and unit selected. Client confirms that all questions regarding draw odds have been answered to their satisfaction.

6. Guided Hunt Providers

Client understands that hunts may be conducted by professional outfitting partners including, but not limited to, Diamond Outfitters (Arizona), Borderland Adventures (New Mexico), LOETH (New Mexico), Boreggo Outfitters (Nevada), Bull Ridge Outfitters (Nevada), Apex Outfitters (Utah), Morning Creek Outfitters (Wyoming), At Ease Hunting (Wyoming), and Shoshone Lodge Outfitters (Wyoming). Outfitting partners may change without notice as necessary to maintain service quality.

7. Hunt Inclusions and Client Costs

Guided hunts may include professional guide services, meals and lodging, trophy fees, required permits (USFS, State, or BLM when applicable), field transportation during the hunt, and basic field processing. Client remains responsible for the following costs: species tags, state hunting licenses, application fees, and guide gratuities.

8. Hunt Eligibility

Not all species, hunts, or units are available every year. Hunt availability may change annually due to factors including tag allocations, wildlife population and trophy age class, historical harvest data, predator pressure, winter kill, wildfire, and habitat and environmental conditions. Many hunts occur during peak rut periods in highly sought-after units; however, tag draw success is never guaranteed.
