Serenity Signature Health is expanding its Delivery Service Provider (DSP) network in partnership with one of North America’s largest transportation brokers. We are actively contracting experienced owner-operators using Sprinter Vans, Cargo Vans, and 12–16 ft Box Trucks for consistent daytime delivery routes in the Chicago area.

This is a business-to-business contracting opportunity for independent operators ready to grow within a structured logistics network.

We are not hiring W-2 employees.

We are contracting with professional delivery businesses.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, you must:

Be at least 21 years old
Be fluent in English
Have an active LLC or Corporation registered with the IRS and Secretary of State
Own or lease a Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, or 12–16 ft Box Truck (vehicle not provided) Vehicle must be 10 years or newer
Be available for daytime delivery services (Monday–Friday)
Have a valid driver’s license
Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Pass criminal background check
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Own a smartphone capable of running delivery applications
Prior delivery or courier experience preferred
You must have completed and passed you DOT physical

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

All contracted owner-operators must carry:

Commercial Auto Insurance
Minimum $300,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL) liability coverage
Minimum $50,000($100,000 Recommended) Cargo Coverage
Active policy listing business entity as Named Insured
Certificate of Insurance (COI) available upon request

Proof of active coverage is required prior to onboarding.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

Accepted Vehicles:

Cargo van
Sprinter van
12–16 ft box truck

Vehicles must:

Be 10 years old or newer
Be clean, well-maintained, and professionally presented
Have secure cargo space for contained materials
Be free of excessive body damage
Not be branded with unrelated advertising
