By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating as a volunteer at the 2nd Annual Sensory-Friendly Fall Festival hosted by ABA Advantage LLC on November 22, 2025.

I understand that participation may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, slips, falls, or other incidents that may occur in connection with event activities.

I hereby release and hold harmless ABA Advantage LLC, its employees, affiliates, event partners, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may arise while volunteering, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for my time and that I am not considered an employee of ABA Advantage LLC.

I certify that I am physically capable of performing my assigned volunteer duties and will follow all safety instructions provided by event staff.
