I understand that my membership must be currently active and in good standing (not past due) before any changes can be made. I understand that 14 days notice must be given prior to my next auto renew to pause payment on time. I understand that my membership payments will automatically resume at the end of my freeze duration and I will not receive an additional notification of membership being unfrozen.
