I understand that all items must be handmade and designed by me (or our group).
I agree that items must not be sold elsewhere in downtown Comox.
I understand that all items displayed must be for sale and subject to a 20% gallery commission.
I will be responsible for setting up and removing my display on the specified dates.
I will restock items if sales occur during the exhibition.
I will ensure all items are labeled and pre-priced with my assigned sales code and visible price tags.
I understand that while reasonable care will be taken, the Pearl Ellis Gallery is not responsible for loss or damage to items on display.
