Insurance & Payment Policy

At Integrated WellBeing, we are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. This means we do not bill insurance directly. Clients are required to pay in full at the time of service, and any reimbursement through insurance must be handled independently by the client. We provide a superbill with each payment with all codes ready to submit, but we do not offer administrative support for insurance claims.

Our approach to care is rooted in preventative nutrition and functional medicine, which does not align with the conventional medical model. Because of this, our services are not typically covered by insurance, and we do not structure our care to meet insurance requirements.

We are best suited for clients who value a proactive, personalized approach to health and understand that this investment is typically an out-of-pocket expense. While clients are welcome to explore insurance reimbursement on their own, we do not participate in or assist with that process beyond providing documentation of services rendered.
