By participating in Art from the Void: Regenaissance ("the Event"), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
I understand that I will receive three complimentary float sessions at True North Float. If I fail to complete the artwork for exhibition by May 5th, 2025, I agree to pay the full value of these sessions ($249).
I grant True North Float, Oasis Garden and Gallery, and Yin on Fire Festival the non-exclusive right to display, photograph, and use images of my artwork for promotional purposes related to the Event, while retaining all other rights to my work.
I agree to deliver my completed artwork to Oasis Garden and Gallery by May 5th, 2025, in exhibition-ready condition. I understand that my work must align with the Event's themes and requirements.
I release True North Float, Oasis Garden and Gallery, Yin on Fire Festival and their affiliates from any liability for damage, loss, or injury related to my participation in the Event, including float sessions and exhibition of artwork.
I confirm that I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in float therapy sessions. I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by True North Float.
I agree to dedicate significant attention and effort to creating artwork for this event. I commit to participating in good faith and acknowledge that this opportunity is provided through the generosity of the organizers. As part of this agreement, I will tag True North Float, Oasis Garden and Gallery, and Yin on Fire Festival in related social media posts to help promote and support this collaborative initiative.
This program is limited to 30 selected artists. True North Float, Oasis Garden and Gallery, and Yin on Fire Festival reserve the right to select participants at their sole discretion. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the Event. We will evaluate applications based on artistic merit, alignment with the Event's vision, and the applicant's demonstrated commitment to the project.
I consent to receive communications, updates, and promotional materials from True North Float via email, phone, or other means. I understand that I may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting True North Float directly. This may include newsletters, special offers, event announcements, and other relevant information about True North Float's services and programs.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in Sections 1-8 of this agreement, including Float Sessions, Artwork Rights and Usage, Exhibition Terms, Liability Release, Health and Safety, Good Will Agreement, Selection Process, and Communication Agreement.
