LIGHTS- Located in the main venue by the door. They are a dimmer switch

 

SUPPLIES- Extra supplies and cleaning products are located under the sink in the restroom in the main venue. The broom and mop are located in the prep room behind the fridge. Extra trash bags are inside the trash can and also on the chair rack. The venue will supply a total of 6 trash bags.

 

DECORATIONS: Only push-pins and drafting tape may be used to affix decorations and/or signs. Any other decorations, signage, electrical configurations, or construction must be pre-approved by I AM Studios. Decorations may not be hung from light fixtures. All decorations must be removed without leaving damage directly following the departure of the last guest unless special arrangements have been made between the Customer(s) and the venue. Note – The only adhesive material allowed on the walls is drafting tape, which will not damage surfaces. No masking tape, duct tape, electrical tape, transparent tape or double-stick tape is allowed. All other decorations must be freestanding. Nails and staples are not permitted.

 

Note – Amplifiers, rice, confetti, sand, glitter, fog machines, pyrotechnics, sparklers, and blowing bubbles are not permitted inside the facilities. This may result in a $150 clean-up fee.

 

No Alcohol is permitted without speaking with the venue first. This means not limited to wine, champagne, beer, and liquor.

STANDARD PACKAGE REMINDERS- I AM ME- VENUE ONLY

 

CHAIRS—They are located on the rack in the prep room. Please put all chairs on the rack at the end of your event. (Do Not Remove Rack)

 

TABLES- Round tables are in the prep room. Please place all round tables back in the prep room when your event is over. Rectangular tables are located in the bar room next to the vending machine. Please put rectangular tables back in the bar room at the end of the event.

 

I AM SPEAKERS- These speakers are for Bluetooth connection only. You are not allowed to connect any soundboards, computers or any other device to the speakers. This is for personal and DJs. If you are called violating this there will be a fine of $150.

 

OUTSIDE DECORATORS- Please remind your decorators of your end time for your event so they are back on time in order to clean up and return the venue to its original state.

 

END OF EVENT CLEANING: You are required to remove ALL TRASH.  TRASH MUST be taken to dumpsters outside and placed inside the dumpster. The dumpster is located out the RED ROOM. You are required to sweep and get up all big items off the floor prior to ending your event.

END OF EVENT CLEANING: You are required to remove ALL TRASH.  TRASH MUST be taken to dumpsters outside and placed inside the dumpster. The dumpster is located out the RED ROOM. You are required to sweep and get up all big items off the floor prior to ending your event. Remove items that you bought into the venue. Please do not remove any centerpieces or decor with written pre-approval from the venue. Failure will result in a loss of the damage deposit.

EVENT ENDING TIME: All events must end by the contracted time unless otherwise approved. In the event you are not cleaned up and out at your contracted time, you will be charged for additional time. The rate is $125.00 an hour or $2.00 a minute.

Double-check for all belongings. Please take everything you brought into the building with you

Please return the chairs and tables to the back wall.

Spills- Please get up large spills prior to exiting the building due to hazards to you, your guest, and your staff.

ALL TRASH MUST be taken to dumpsters outside and placed inside the dumpster. This includes trash on the floor and trash can. If Trash is left inside the venue you will be charged $25.00 per bag.

Turn off lights (located by the door inside the main venue. Some lights will stay on)

debit Refundable Damage deposits HOLD: $200. By entering your information below, you authorize I AM STUDIOS LLC and LTCC Enterprises to charge your debit or credit card in the amount of 200.00. If there are no violations or damage to the event hall, the charge will be refunded within 48-72 hours.  If there are violations, you will receive a detailed email/invoice.

By signing below it states that I agree and understand everything in the form and also in the Rental Agreement. I understand that I will be charged for any violation or hours overage. I am confirming I had my event. The renter is responsible for any or all damages and injuries related to your rental event at the Venue. NO ADMISSION FEE, COVER CHARGE, OR TICKET SALES ARE ACCEPTED BY THE ORGANIZER UNLESS APPROVED BY THE VENUE RENTAL HALL. Any Change or false information that you provide on this contract is cause for shutting down your event at any time with no refunds. Any and all criminal activity will be dealt with in the proper manner and will also be grounds for shutting down your event. *
