Participation in the Program is subject to eligibility requirements, space availability, and program capacity. Acceptance into the Program is not guaranteed and may be limited by age group, skill level, scheduling, or available resources.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. The Program maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, cheating, or disruptive behavior. Failure to adhere to conduct expectations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from activities or dismissal from the Program without refund or credit.

Participation in the Esports Development League requires a consistent time commitment. Participants are expected to attend one (1) scheduled session per week. Each session is three (3) hours in length. Regular and on-time attendance is required to remain in good standing in the program.

Students are required to attend all scheduled games and tournaments throughout the season unless prior approval has been granted or they are absent due to illness. Absences must be communicated in advance. Missing more than two scheduled games without prior communication or an approved excuse will result in removal from the Competitive Esports Team.
