Pain-Free Performance Assessment

This is a 2 part assessment:

1. A visual postural assessment:

I will observe you from the front, side, and back views to spot any imbalances or postural issues.

2. A movement based assessment:

You perform a series of movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and rotation) so I can identify any imbalances, lack of mobility, and pain or discomfort with movement.
