Please fill this form out if you would like to request reusable period products from Tulsa Period Pantry. Currently, we are serving students at our partner schools only. Once you make a request your reusable products will be dropped off at your school when we drop of the other period products for the period pantry. This means there could be some delay between your request and drop off. We typically deliver to schools the week after the second Saturday of the month. THE PROCESS: 

  1. Make your request below.

  2. We will deliver to your school the week after the second Saturday of the month. Tulsa Period Pantry will text you when your products are on their way. 

  3. Your order will arrive in a discrete brown gift bag with your name on it. This will go to our period pantry coordinator contact at your site. 

  4. The coordinator at your site will ensure your order gets delivered to the homeroom/first hour teacher you indicate on this form below.

  5. Tulsa Period Pantry will check back in with you in 3 months to see if you would like more.
